The second quarter of 2024 revealed intriguing trends for the top five top-down games on the iOS platform in the Netherlands. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights the performance of these games in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Brawl Stars from Supercell experienced fluctuating revenue throughout the quarter. The revenue peaked at approximately $373K in the final week of April, with a low of around $187K in mid-June. Downloads showed a declining trend, starting from about 32K in early April and dropping to roughly 13K by the end of June. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging between 324K and 380K.

Squad Busters, also from Supercell, saw its highest revenue in the last week of May at around $101K. However, revenue declined to approximately $26K by mid-June. Downloads were initially high, peaking at about 174K in the last week of May, but dropped significantly to about 10K by the end of June. Weekly active users followed a similar downtrend, decreasing from 151K to 44K over the quarter.

Block Blast! by Hungry Studio had a notable increase in downloads, starting from around 5.9K in early April and rising to about 29K by the end of June. The weekly active users also saw a consistent upward trend, growing from around 54K to approximately 95K over the same period.

Zen Word® - Relax Puzzle Game from Oakever Games showed a steady increase in revenue, starting at a negligible amount and rising to about $405 by the end of June. Downloads saw a significant peak at around 14K in early May but stabilized to roughly 4.4K by the end of June. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at about 17.9K in early May and stabilizing around 14K by the end of June.

Whiteout Survival by Century Games Pte. Ltd. maintained a relatively stable revenue stream, peaking at approximately $83K in mid-May and averaging around $58K to $75K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed moderate fluctuations, peaking at about 5.9K in late April and stabilizing around 5K by the end of June. Weekly active users steadily increased from around 21.6K to approximately 28.3K over the quarter.
